shipping times and methods may vary depending on the item ordered.
We aim to provide clear expectations so you always know what to expect.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing time includes order verification, supplier approval, and packaging.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on the supplier fulfilling your order.
Most items arrive within:
- 7–15 business days for standard delivery
- 10–20 business days for international suppliers
Some items may arrive sooner, while others may take slightly longer depending on
supplier location, carrier delays, customs, or high‑volume seasons.
3. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately.
This is normal for orders fulfilled by more than one supplier.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days,

5. Shipping Costs
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
If a supplier charges additional fees for oversized or specialty items,
this will be clearly noted on the product page.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
While rare, delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or high‑volume seasons.
If your package appears delayed:
- Check the tracking link for updates
- Contact the carrier directly for the most accurate information
- Reach out to us if the package shows no movement for 7+ days
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier or supplier,
we will work with the supplier to issue a replacement or refund.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update it —
contact us immediately.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For U.S. customers, most orders do not incur customs fees.
If a supplier ships internationally, any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
