7–14 days of delivery.
To ensure we can assist you, please contact us as soon as possible
after receiving your order.
3. How to Request a Return
Please email us at support@bargainbroadcast.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video of the item (required for damaged/defective claims)
We will contact the supplier on your behalf and follow their return instructions.
Once the supplier approves the return, we will provide you with the next steps.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are determined by the supplier.
In most cases:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Some suppliers may offer prepaid labels
- Some suppliers may allow “keep the item” refunds for low‑cost items
